It shows us how to do away with past non-working mental and emotional patterns and habits. The journey reconnects us with the powerful healing energy of the heart, setting our spirit free.

Our Philosophy

Our philosophy is concerning Nature, Science, and ‘Existence’ (Primordial); The Truth As It Is through enlightened awareness; also known as Meta-Physics.

 

Our Journey’s Intention

Our Journey’s Intention is to create a clear mind (free of mental block) with a positive attitude (looking at life from the right perspective) and attributes of compassion (getting in tune with the core through Anahatha Meditation) being the law and order of the day, to be in tandem with our vision, “Build People Psychologically, Uplift Them Spiritually and the People will Build the Nation”.

 

Two Faces of Personality Development

The program shall bring out two faces of personality development that essentially matter: psychological and spiritual growth. No matter how far we grow intellectually, financially or professionally, if growing psychologically and spiritually, we will able us to live a balanced life. Today, a successful life is measured by the underlying strength of a healthy and joyful psychological and spiritual life. The method that is used by the master to lift us up to this highly necessary awareness is unique in the sense that Eastern and Western techniques are combined for added effectiveness.

7-Day Transformational Journey Overview

7~Day Transformational Journey – Day One Synopsis

Day One – The Journey begins with insights regarding the origin of universe, the link between the individual and the universe. Participants are also broadly introduced to the core aspect of the programme, which is to ignite self-discovery and introspection over the next week to identify causes for emotional stress and ‘mental blocks’ – psychosomatic impedences that prevent individual growth and fulfillment.

7~Day Transformational Journey – Day Two Synopsis

Day Two – The Journey continues, insights regarding the attributes of Anahatha Chakra (Heart-Centre Chakra Meditation) are introduced and the participant is inducted into meditation and pranayama (alternate nostril breathing).

7~Day Transformational Journey – Day Three Synopsis

Day Three – Insights are shared regarding the different perspectives and approaches to life – especially, how one can nurture a positive attitude towards the challenges in life. Participants are introduced to the concept of ‘attachment’ and ‘detachment’ and the definitions for expressing Unconditional Love.

7~Day Transformational Journey – Day Four Synopsis

Day Four – Further elaboration regarding the theories and concepts of psychoanalysis shed more light on ‘attachment’ and ‘detachment’ as well as the causes of ‘psychosomatic illnesses’ and mental blocks.

Day Four is also the commencement of experiential interaction and learning; through practical ‘excercises’ participants gain first-hand experience to one of the attributes of Compassion – “accepting others for what they” and the energy drain one incurs in the futile attempt to change another.”

7~Day Transformational Journey – Day Five Synopsis

Day Five – Sees a shift in focus from psychoanalysis (theory) to psychotherapy (practice). It emphasizes that for ‘Transformation’ to occur, the individual ego needs to be shattered.

On Day Five, participants come face-face with some of their disowned qualities; and are guided to identify and acknowledge some of the qualities that can aid in ‘clearing'(coming to terms with) one’s own ‘mental blocks’ and emotional stressors.

7~Day Transformational Journey – Day Six Synopsis

Day Six – A “blooming day” – having identified and acknowledged one’s emotional stressors and psychological impediments (mental blocks) previously; participant begins to further anchor and feel the attributes of Compassion and Unconditional Love.

From Day Six, participant are said to function from an ‘elevated staging’ of consciousness – “I Know that I don’t Know”; whereby the participant becomes aware that one’s knowledge of oneself is limited and only with consistent meditation he or she can remain at a “heightened-level of consciousness” and approach future challenges from a positive perspective.

7~Day Transformational Journey – Day Seven Synopsis

Day Seven – “The Grand Finale” – Participants revisit the concepts, theories and practical lessons shared and learnt during the last week. Every activity on Day Seven culminates towards the ‘Grand Finale””.

By revisiting their journey over the last six days namely, insights to the origin of universe, the link between the individual and the universe, introspection and therapy on causes of psychosomatic impedences that prevent individual growth and fulfillment; participants will come to realise that the greatest journeys embarked on are but within oneself.

Participants will also gain theoretical insights regarding the Ajna (Third-Eye Chakra) and Sahasara (Crown Chakra) meditation. Meditating on both these para-psychic centres leads to intellectual evolution and paths the way towards ‘Self-Realisation’.
